In the event of a typographical error in any of the prices or features of the products, and if a customer has made a purchase decision based on such error, we will communicate this error to the customer, and the customer will have the right to cancel their order at no cost.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
When placing an order in our store, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Order confirmation will not be considered valid until you have received an email confirming the details of the order.
All products we offer are subject to availability. In case a product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternatives or a full refund if you have already made the payment.
The prices shown on our website include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be shown separately during the checkout process before you make payment.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which you have already received confirmation.

Responsibility for purchased products transfers to the customer at the time of delivery. Therefore, we recommend verifying the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier and, in case of visible damage, noting it on the delivery document.
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without need for justification.
To exercise this right, you must notify us unequivocally via email (nuancewatches@gmail.com) or any other means that allows a record of the communication.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all its components, accessories, documentation, and original packaging. Returns of products that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days.
The refund will include the price of the product and the initial standard shipping costs, but not the additional costs that may arise from choosing a shipping method different from the standard one offered by us. Return shipping costs will be at your expense, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
All our products are covered by the legal warranty established in current legislation. This warranty covers conformity defects that manifest within a period of two years from delivery for new products, and one year for pre-owned products.
Additionally, Nuance Watches offers specific commercial warranties according to the type of product, as detailed in our warranty policy. This commercial warranty is complementary to the legal warranty and does not limit your rights as a consumer.
To make the warranty effective, you must communicate the defect to us within two months from when you detected it, providing evidence (photos, videos) when possible and proof of purchase.
We will evaluate each case individually and, as appropriate, proceed with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
All contents of the website (including, but not limited to: texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads, and software) are the property of Nuance Watches or its content providers and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
